Junior Managers Program – Leadership Journey in Purchasing

About the role

Join Bosch’s Junior Managers Program and embark on a 12‑ to 24‑month leadership journey in purchasing. As a graduate trainee you will rotate through key purchasing functions in Germany and abroad, gaining hands‑on experience in supplier negotiation, risk management and digital procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple purchasing departments, supporting global supplier network optimization.
• Conduct market analyses, evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that balance cost, quality and innovation.
• Drive digitalisation initiatives and introduce new tools to improve purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with international teams, production, sales and logistics to align purchasing decisions with business objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (full‑time) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Informatics or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in purchasing, supply chain or data‑driven decision making.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with numbers, analyses and economic relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, both internally and with external partners.
• Proactive, curious and eager to take responsibility in a fast‑changing environment.
