About the role

Join Bosch's Junior Managers Program and start a fast‑track leadership journey in sales mobility. Over 12 to 24 months you will rotate through sales departments in Germany and abroad, gaining hands‑on experience in bringing innovative mobility solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and develop tailored mobility solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (full‑time) in Engineering, Business Administration, Informatics or a related technical field.

• Passion for mobility, customer orientation and leadership potential.
• International experience or willingness to work in a global environment.
