Junior Managers Program (Trainee) – Start your Leadership Journey in Purchasing

About the role

Join Bosch's Junior Managers Program and embark on a 12‑ to 24‑month journey that places you at the heart of global purchasing. As a trainee you will rotate through key departments in Germany and abroad, gaining hands‑on experience in supplier management, risk mitigation and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead negotiations with strategic suppliers.
• Analyse market trends and cost structures to drive purchasing decisions.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with Bosch’s innovation goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in production, sales and logistics.
• Contribute to digitalisation initiatives and the adoption of new procurement tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (full‑time) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Informatics or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in purchasing, supply chain and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivation to take responsibility and develop leadership capabilities.
