Junior Marketing Campaign Manager – Startup & German Market

About the role

The Startup Campaign Manager will own the central marketing playbook and Bill of Materials (BOM) for regional startup initiatives across EMEA. This role bridges global strategy and local execution, ensuring campaigns are effectively localized for high‑growth startup ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evangelise the central BOM and marketing playbook for all regional startup‑focused campaigns.
• Create a scalable framework that local teams can adopt while preserving core global messaging.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of campaign assets, from creative briefing to brand approval and distribution.
• Act as the primary contact for local marketing teams in priority EMEA markets, guiding implementation and best practices.
• Lead localisation efforts to ensure culturally relevant, linguistically accurate messaging tailored to each market’s startup maturity.
• Collaborate with product marketing, PR, sales and external agencies to align campaigns with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in a product‑startup environment.
• Fluent or strong B2‑level German language skills.
• Junior‑level professional ready to take ownership of regional campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
