Junior Mobile Developer (Android/iOS) – Frankfurt

About the role

Join a fast‑growing FinTech company in Frankfurt as a Junior Mobile Developer. You will work on a modern banking app, collaborating with product managers, designers and backend engineers to deliver high‑quality native Android and iOS experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and design future‑proof API interfaces and contribute to the overall technical architecture of the mobile app.
• Optimize performance, UI reactivity and the native look‑and‑feel to ensure a first‑class user experience on both platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers and backend developers to implement new features from concept to release.
• Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to keep the tech stack up to date.
• Maintain code quality through automated testing and continuous integration.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.
• 1–2 years of practical experience gained through internships or student projects.
• Familiarity with agile development methods, preferably Scrum.
• Proactive use of AI tools in daily development work and openness to new tools such as Claude CodeFluent.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
