Junior Online Marketing Specialist – German Market

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Online Marketing Specialist to support our international Demand Creation squad. The role focuses on digital campaigns targeting the German market and retail investors across Europe, combining content creation, website optimisation and data‑driven analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of international marketing campaigns.
• Set up, maintain and optimise landing pages in WordPress.
• Identify UX and conversion improvements on web pages.
• Coordinate campaign activities across multiple European markets.
• Analyse data from Google Analytics 4 and heat‑map tools to spot optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, design, email and performance‑marketing specialists.
• Work within an agile marketing environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English skills.
• Eager to learn and comfortable working in an international, fast‑paced setting.
• Interest in the financial sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with WordPress page building.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and heat‑map analysis.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and conversion optimisation.
• Exposure to agile working methods.
