Junior Operations Manager – French Market

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to support our French market from our Berlin office. You will be responsible for publishing retailer content on our digital platforms, ensuring high‑quality delivery and acting as the main point of contact for French customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content and brochure publications for an assigned portfolio of French retailers.
• Verify that all online material meets our quality standards before publishing.
• Communicate regularly with customers via email and phone to address questions and provide support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Traffic Management, Product and IT teams to align campaigns and technical requirements.
• Contribute ideas for improving processes, workflows and documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) with perfect spelling and strong English proficiency.
• Service‑oriented mindset with confidence in phone and email communication.
• Highly autonomous, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Team player planning to live in Berlin long‑term.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using a Content Management System (CMS).
• Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce is advantageous.
