Junior Operations Manager

About the role

This hands‑on operational position sits at the intersection of supply chain, logistics and process improvement for a direct‑to‑consumer healthcare company. You will coordinate suppliers, warehouses and technology partners to keep order fulfillment running smoothly while building more efficient workflows as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with producers, warehouses and software providers to ensure reliable order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify process‑improvement and cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Support supply‑chain planning and logistics execution to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Use ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory levels and key operational metrics.
• Work across internal teams and external partners to resolve bottlenecks and keep operations on track.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably from consulting, strategy or operations internships.
• Hands‑on exposure to operations, supply‑chain or logistics functions.
• Experience in direct‑to‑consumer or e‑commerce environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems or logistics management tools; familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Professional fluency in German and English, written and verbal.
• Proactive, execution‑oriented mindset in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

What we offer

• Salary range: 40,000 – 60,000 EUR annually.
