Junior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Berlin headquarters. You will own the day‑to‑day setup, maintenance, and optimisation of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns across our European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, structure, and optimise campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube).
• Audit account settings to ensure technical compliance and eliminate budget waste.
• Collaborate with brand and design teams to refresh ad copy, visual assets, and creatives.
• Extract performance data, create clean reports and visualisations for internal stakeholders.
• Support A/B testing of platform features and evaluate new AI‑driven campaign elements.

Required profile

• Completed studies in business, economics, communication/media or equivalent apprenticeship with relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• Proficient in English; German is a plus.
