Junior Process Communication & Enablement Specialist

About the role

This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates or career changers who are enthusiastic about communication, knowledge management and process enablement. Based in Mannheim, the role will involve building a global process community, creating engaging content and supporting internal training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the Global Process Community on MS SharePoint, translating complex processes into clear, user‑friendly language.
• Create and edit blog posts, announcements, newsletters and other communication materials.
• Plan and execute internal communication campaigns to ensure effective dissemination of process information.
• Gain exposure to Business Process Management, document process landscapes, maintain guidelines and coordinate cross‑functional topics.
• Support corporate learning by reviewing, formatting and publishing training content, and help build a Business Process Academy on the internal learning platform.

Required profile

• First experience or strong interest in communication, content creation or knowledge sharing.
• Interest in business processes, training and digital learning environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, primarily to the Mannheim office.

Required skills

• Experience with MS SharePoint or similar content management systems.
• Familiarity with BPMN or other process‑modeling standards.
