Junior Process Communication & Enablement Specialist (m/w/d)

About the role

This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or career changers who are passionate about communication, knowledge sharing and digital learning. You will own and grow a global process community, create engaging content and support internal training initiatives while gaining exposure to business process management.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Global Process Community on MS SharePoint, develop its concept, populate it with clear, user‑friendly content and run communication campaigns.
• Support Business Process Management by learning BPMN standards, documenting process landscapes and ensuring global alignment.
• Assist Corporate Learning by reviewing, formatting and publishing training materials, and help build a Business Process Academy on the internal learning platform.

Required profile

• First experience or strong interest in communication, content creation or digital learning.
• Basic familiarity with content management systems (e.g., SharePoint) is a plus.
• Interest in business processes, training and new digital tools.
• Excellent written communication and strong analytical mindset.
