Junior Production & Studio Coordinator (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, hands‑on Junior Production & Studio Coordinator to support our Visual Productions team on a part‑time, one‑year basis. You will act as the bridge between creative projects and the day‑to‑day logistics of our studio, ensuring that all resources, products and documentation are ready for smooth content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Track product movement between headquarters and studio, ensuring timely ordering, logging and returns.
• Maintain the mini‑warehouse, keep it clean and organized, and conduct bi‑annual inventory checks.
• Manage the full invoice process, filing documents correctly to support monthly financial closing.
• Monitor department spending, prepare production cost summaries and assist in budgeting for upcoming shoots.
• Coordinate logistics for special equipment or props required for productions.
• Support administrative tasks for booking models and freelance creatives for larger campaigns.
• Organise buy‑outs and usage‑rights documentation to keep creative assets compliant.

Required profile

• Strong ability to structure the workday and handle multiple projects without missing deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail for invoices, numbers and product shipments.
• Proactive attitude – you take initiative to tidy, fix or organise the studio environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Google Docs.
