The Junior Project Coordinator supports the Tech Infrastructure team in daily operations, ensuring meetings run smoothly, materials are polished, and communication stays on track. Key responsibilities

• Organise and follow up on team meetings and all‑hands sessions, from scheduling to minute taking.
• Create and design presentation materials that are visually appealing and clearly convey complex information.
• Support communication with external partners and maintain internal coordination.
• Assist the team’s OKR process by documenting objectives, tracking progress, and keeping alignment.
• Maintain day‑to‑day team organisation, including shared tools, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Practical experience from an internship, working‑student position, or similar professional environment.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail in presentation design.
• Business‑fluent English with clear written communication skills.
