Junior Project Manager

About the role

Alpine Business Consulting is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a major logistics client in a large-scale financial reporting and data architecture overhaul. The role is fully remote and permanent, offering the chance to work alongside senior consultants on enterprise-software implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules to keep each implementation phase on track.
• Coordinate meetings between technical consultants and the client’s finance team.
• Collect, organize, and archive technical documentation for every configuration change.
• Assist in drafting status reports that communicate progress and budget updates.
• Track internal tasks, follow up with team members, and ensure deliverables are ready for review.
• Help prepare training materials and configuration guides for the final client hand‑over.
• Monitor data request logs to guarantee timely provision of required information.
• Support quality‑assurance activities by verifying system outputs against project requirements.

Required profile

• Strong organizational habits and a natural tendency to keep lists and records tidy.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English.
• Basic understanding of project management processes and terminology.
