Junior Project Manager – Video Content Production

About the role

As a Junior Project Manager for Video Content Production you will plan, coordinate and oversee a variety of content creation projects, including 3D/AR, photoclips, CGI and user‑generated video content. You will act as the main liaison between high‑profile clients, influencers and our internal production team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and steer projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Serve as the central contact for clients such as Samsung, Logitech, Philips and Bose, translating their requirements to the production team.
• Manage influencer collaborations for UGC videos and coordinate internal teams on 3D/AR and photo‑clip projects.
• Identify, onboard and manage new influencers and agencies that match project needs.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee that outputs meet agreed standards and client expectations.
• Provide regular progress reports and flag challenges to senior management.

Required profile

• First experience in a creative agency or customer‑facing project management role (internship, working‑student or studies).
• Strong organisational and detail‑oriented project management abilities, able to adapt to shifting requirements.
• Solid understanding of 3D modelling and video production processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently or within a team.
