Junior Strategy Consultant – Bank Finance Transformation

About the role

Join SAP Fioneer’s L.I.F.T graduate program as a Junior Strategy Consultant focused on finance transformation for banks. You will work in a remote‑first environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape value propositions and drive complex transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banking clients.
• Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and architecture teams across the organization.
• Engage with clients from early shaping to execution, including C‑level interactions.
• Create presentations and prepare materials for customer calls.
• Contribute to internal capability building and team development.
• Help define and evolve the finance & risk transformation offering.

Required profile

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Physics, Mathematics or a related field.
• First experience in strategy consulting with a strong analytical foundation.
• Understanding of banking industry dynamics (preferred).
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
