Key Account Manager – C&I & DSO

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for C&I and DSO customers, you will own and grow strategic accounts across the DACH region, acting as the primary commercial contact and bridging customer needs with Pixii’s battery storage technology.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic C&I and DSO accounts, building trust and long‑term value.
• Develop and execute segment strategy for C&I and DSO in DACH and support European expansion.
• Lead commercial opportunities from early engagement through negotiation to contract signing.
• Identify customer challenges related to grid constraints, space and energy economics and position Pixii solutions.
• Coordinate with regional sales, R&D and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide market and customer insights to inform product and strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in renewable energy, energy storage or related sectors.
• Track record in key account management or business development in a B2B technical environment.
• Strong understanding of the C&I and DSO BESS market.
• Technical background (degree or equivalent) enabling credible engagement with engineering teams.
• Structured, proactive, confident presenter and strong communicator.
• Willingness to travel across DACH and occasionally Europe.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of battery energy storage systems.
• Understanding of power electronics, software and energy management concepts.
