Key Account Manager – France

About the role

Glow25 is expanding into the French market and needs a proactive Key Account Manager to build and grow our presence across drugstores, pharmacies, online retailers and selected grocery partners. You will act as the face of the brand in France, combining strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for the French market.
• Manage existing accounts and acquire new partners through tailored pitches and product range proposals.
• Plan and coordinate promotions, point‑of‑sale materials and sampling campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, regulatory and e‑commerce teams.
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis and propose new distribution ideas.
• Represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across France.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG, beauty or health.
• Strong understanding of the French retail landscape (drugstores, pharmacies, online retail, grocery).
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Structured, proactive and hands‑on attitude.
