Key Account Manager – Leasing Vertical (DACH)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, Sequoia‑backed scale‑up that is building the leasing vertical for the DACH region. As a Key Account Manager you will own strategic partnerships with leasing providers, driving inventory supply and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B leasing partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland as the primary commercial contact.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations to secure framework agreements covering volumes, pricing and service levels.
• Collaborate with operations, product, pricing and logistics teams to translate partnerships into scalable inventory growth.
• Use forecasts, ROI cases and KPI analysis to optimise performance and uncover new commercial levers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, enterprise sales, business development or strategic buying.
• Proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles and closing structured commercial agreements.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer focus, attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management.
