About the role

We are looking for a passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our bilingual campus in Ingolstadt. The role involves delivering high‑quality early childhood education in both German and English, supporting children’s holistic development in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily pedagogical care and support for children aged 3‑6.
• Plan and implement bilingual educational activities aligned with the school curriculum.
• Observe, document and assess children’s developmental progress.
• Conduct parent‑teacher meetings and communicate regularly with families.
• Participate in team meetings, conceptual planning and the development of the school’s pedagogical concept.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher (e.g., fully qualified teacher, PGCE/QTS, 2nd Staatsexamen or equivalent) with practical teaching experience.
• Native‑level English proficiency and basic German knowledge.
• Commitment to professional development and a passion for nurturing children as whole personalities.
• Enthusiastic, inspiring and creative attitude.

Required skills

• Fluency in English (native level).
• Basic German language skills.
