Kraftwerker (m/w/d) im 4-Schichtbetrieb

About the role

Cerdia International GmbH is looking for a qualified Kraftwerker to work in a 4‑shift operation at its Freiburg site. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the main, auxiliary and peripheral energy supply systems, ensuring continuous and safe plant operation.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and supervise steam generators, turbines, generators and all gas, steam, water, compressed air, cooling and nitrogen supply systems.
• Monitor operating parameters, report and resolve deviations and disturbances.
• Analyze faults, support the development of corrective measures and optimise plant performance together with the shift supervisor.
• Carry out lock‑outs for repairs, revisions, maintenance or modifications (excluding electrical systems).
• Commission and de‑commission plant equipment according to specifications.
• Perform cleaning, care and maintenance tasks in the assigned plant area.
• Conduct regular plant tours, maintain operational logs and ensure order, cleanliness and occupational safety.

Required profile

• Completed training as a certified Kraftwerker (IHK) or equivalent.
• Ideally, experience with power‑plant or energy‑supply installations.
• Fluent German language skills; English knowledge is a plus.
• Structured, independent and responsible working style.
• Basic SAP knowledge.
• High reliability, commitment and sense of responsibility.
• Team player with good communication, flexibility and resilience.
