Launch & Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

NIX is seeking a hands‑on Launch & Performance Marketing Lead to build and operate the commercial engine for its product launch. You will translate the brand story into a complete customer journey, from discovery and early‑access sign‑up to purchase, event attendance and post‑launch follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the end‑to‑end customer journey for early‑access and public launch, including waitlist setup, conversion checkpoints and post‑launch retargeting.
• Develop and optimise the Shopify website as a sales channel, ensuring clear product pages, checkout flow and analytics.
• Own paid‑social testing on Meta/Instagram, set up campaigns, create copy and creative, manage budgets and report results.
• Build and maintain the CRM and email funnel for welcome flows, early‑access invites, launch announcements, abandoned‑cart reminders and post‑purchase communication.
• Plan and execute the launch event conversion strategy, driving leads, sales, content creation and press coverage.

Required profile

• Commercially sharp marketer comfortable building processes from scratch.
• Strong copywriting ability and experience briefing freelancers.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to read performance metrics and iterate quickly.
• Hands‑on attitude, able to execute tasks personally rather than delegating everything.
