Lead Solutions Engineer

About the role

Lead Solutions Engineer focused on enterprise pre‑sales, acting as the technical bridge between prospects and Taktile’s AI‑powered decisioning platform. Partner with the Sales team to architect AI‑driven solutions for financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create reusable collateral, establish solution patterns, and mentor teammates on technical strategy.
• Translate customer priorities into high‑impact AI use cases throughout the sales cycle.
• Design and execute proof‑of‑value projects, building production‑grade prototypes and demos on the Agentic Decisioning Platform.
• Collaborate with partners and customers to design end‑to‑end AI solutions.
• Communicate the strategic ROI and roadmap to senior stakeholders, up to C‑level.
• Provide competitive intelligence and prospect insights to product management.

Required profile

• Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations with both technical and business stakeholders.
• 3+ years of hands‑on production Python development.
• Proven track record supporting high‑contract‑value enterprise deals.
• Ability to plan and manage technical scope of Proof of Concepts while handling multiple high‑stakes prospects.
