Lead Supply Chain & Quality Manager – On Board Power

About the role

Join the On Board Power department at the largest civil aircraft production site in Hamburg. As Lead Supply Chain & Quality Manager you will be the primary contact for our supplier base, ensuring on‑time delivery of high‑quality components while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main interface with suppliers, fostering collaborative relationships.
• Monitor and control supplier performance on quality and delivery, reporting operational results.
• Develop, implement and manage recovery, improvement and development plans for suppliers.
• Identify industrial risks early and propose mitigation actions.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and quality integration.
• Support and coach the team of Supply Chain & Quality Managers overseeing the supplier base.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier relationship and performance management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess supplier capacity and capability.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Leadership capability to guide and develop a team of managers.
