Leader Multifunctional Team for Transparencies

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Leader Multifunctional Team for Transparencies to support the Doors & Cabin Interiors Department at its Donauwörth site. The role is responsible for developing strategic sourcing strategies, managing procurement for serial and spare parts, and ensuring repair and service demands are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies (PSS) for dedicated commodities and issue RFPs.
• Lead price and contractual negotiations, including development, production investment, frame and service level contracts.
• Coordinate with operative procurement, quality, disposition, export control and other interface departments to ensure compliance with Eurocopter quality standards.
• Place purchase orders for non‑recurring costs, resolve invoice inaccuracies, delivery shortages and quality issues.
• Maintain SAP data and continuously monitor the procurement market.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Experience managing international selection and development projects for aeronautical products.
• Strong commercial, financial, contractual and project management expertise.
• Good understanding of aeronautical system development processes and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and conflict‑management skills; fluent in English, French and German are a plus.
