Learning & Development Partner

About the role

As a Learning & Development Partner at Orcrist, you will be the central point for all learning, growth, and capability‑building initiatives across a fully remote, fast‑growing tech startup. You will collaborate with leaders and teams to identify skill gaps and design programs that drive real performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and run learning programs covering onboarding, up‑skilling, and leadership development.
• Conduct regular learning needs assessments with team leads to pinpoint skill gaps and development priorities.
• Develop and maintain a scalable learning infrastructure, including a Learning Management System (LMS) and structured onboarding curriculum.
• Create engaging training content in e‑learning modules, workshops, toolkits, and self‑directed resources.
• Support feedback cycles by designing communication materials and training managers on enablement content.
• Track, analyze, and report on learning initiative effectiveness using data‑driven metrics.

Required profile

• 6+ years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in a tech startup or scale‑up.
• University degree in a related field (e.g., organizational psychology).
• Certified Business Coach or Mediator.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English and German (C1+).
• Comfortable in a fully remote environment and skilled at building community.
• Expertise in IFRS and ability to apply complex financial reporting standards.
