Legal Operations Associate

About the role

This remote position supports contract management activities by combining legal expertise with technology‑driven processes. You will work at the intersection of law, data and modern legal operations platforms, helping to improve contract workflows and operational efficiency for an international, fast‑paced team.

Key responsibilities

• Input, update and maintain contract‑related information in legal operations and CLM platforms.
• Review, organize and track key contract terms, deadlines, obligations and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports, summaries and insights based on contract data to aid business and legal decision‑making.
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure contract information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Manage legal documentation and data with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders to clarify contract information.
• Support administrative processes related to contract management and legal operations initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous workflow improvement by leveraging technology and organized data practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1‑2 years of experience in legal operations, legal assistance, paralegal work or a similar role.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in legal technology, process optimisation and digital transformation.
