About the role

Riverty is seeking a Legal Operations Expert to join its legal team and drive operational excellence across the business. The role sits at the intersection of law, technology and business, helping to transform legal service delivery through scalable processes, automation and digital self‑service tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital self‑service solutions for business teams to improve legal service delivery.
• Identify and execute process‑improvement and automation opportunities using lean principles.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to increase transparency and monitor legal operations performance.
• Design, develop and deploy low‑code/no‑code solutions (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Bryter) to automate legal workflows.
• Act as a bridge between Legal, IT and business units, translating legal requirements into technical solutions.
• Support and manage cross‑functional projects that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

• Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on maintaining an overview of multiple initiatives.
