License Owner / Operator – Hamburg

About the role

Stranger Soccer is expanding its footprint and is looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner/Operator to launch and run the brand in Hamburg. You will be the local face of the business, responsible for building a vibrant football community and delivering a high‑quality game experience.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Hamburg
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues
• Recruit, train, and supervise game hosts and part‑time staff
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality game experiences
• Continuously improve and scale operational processes

Required profile

• Passionate about football with strong local insight
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
• Comfortable taking ownership and delivering measurable results
• Experience in operations, events, community building, or similar fields
• Strong communication and people‑leadership abilities
