Line Cook – Full-time in Berlin

About the role

Join the kitchen team at Hard Rock Cafe Berlin as a Line Cook. You will work across multiple stations, supporting food preparation, cooking, and service to deliver the high‑quality dishes the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, date and store food deliveries safely.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items following Hard Rock Cafe recipes and standards.
• Set up and break down workstations before and after service.
• Maintain clean, organized and sanitary kitchen, storage and preparation areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and clean all kitchen utensils and cookware.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Restock products, ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Read and execute food orders accurately using kitchen ticket or electronic ordering systems.
• Assist with large‑group orders, special requests and high‑volume service periods.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, supervisors and management.

Required profile

• Previous kitchen or food‑service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push and pull items regularly.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn multiple kitchen areas.

Required skills

• Operation of dishwashing equipment.
• Use of kitchen ticket or electronic ordering systems.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and storage procedures.
