Local SEO Account Manager for Client Success & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Local SEO Account Manager to drive client success and growth for a portfolio of local businesses. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, performance reporting, and strategic optimisation of their local search presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding and set clear expectations.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients, handling communication, strategy discussions, and ongoing relationship management.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports covering rankings, traffic, leads, and campaign outcomes.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand client value.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns proactively, and maintain high retention rates.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, project management, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution of strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Experience in account management, customer success, business development, or agency‑side client services.
• Sales‑oriented attitude with the ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
