Logistics Coordinator – POSM (V.I.E.)

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator for Point‑of‑Sale Materials (POSM) supports the AGS Head of Logistics CE in managing the end‑to‑end supply chain for promotional and bottled products across Austria, Germany and Switzerland. You will work closely with internal marketing teams and external 3PL partners to ensure efficient flow, compliance and cost‑effective operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate POSM inventory, oversee inbound, warehousing, customs, destruction and outbound logistics.
• Manage co‑packing activities, create and update Bills of Materials, and monitor stock rotation, slow‑moving and obsolete items.
• Coordinate daily communication between internal stakeholders and 3PL providers, escalating issues as needed.
• Support stock counts, monitor 3PL performance, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Create and maintain POSM SKUs in the ERP system and perform demand‑planning analyses.
• Prepare regular reports on stock levels, transit movements and packaging usage while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Assist logistics processes for wines & spirits and participate in tool and process development.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, IT, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum two years of post‑qualification experience in supply chain, demand planning or logistics.
• Experience with SAP MM/SD or a comparable ERP in an international environment is a strong asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); communicative German; French highly desirable.
