Logistics & Export Specialist – International Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Logistics & Export Specialist to own outbound logistics, international transport coordination and export processes. The role is based in Germany and supports a fast‑growing sports nutrition company delivering products worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor outbound shipments across road, sea and air freight.
• Ensure on‑time deliveries while balancing cost efficiency and service quality.
• Track compliance with delivery schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes throughout the supply chain.
• Prepare, review and manage customs and export documentation.
• Liaise with customs authorities, logistics providers and international partners.
• Advise internal stakeholders on customs procedures, Incoterms and delivery terms.
• Support international trade activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in international logistics, transportation or export operations.
• Strong understanding of road, sea and air freight logistics.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms and international trade agreements.
• Business‑fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
