About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Rockstar to coordinate global transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries that meet our customers' needs. You will work in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven trade platform that connects suppliers and buyers across Asia, Europe, and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global transportation and guarantee prompt deliveries.
• Manage communication with third‑party partners to keep operations smooth.
• Identify and open new trade lanes by finding partners worldwide.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers through clear communication.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Procurement, Product, Growth, and Engineering teams.
• Utilize Salesforce for logistics management and data‑driven decision making.
• Continuously improve personal performance and drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven use of KPIs.
• Fluent in German (C1 or higher).
• Experience scaling logistics operations across multiple countries.
