Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our renewable‑energy team. In this position you will ensure smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, maintain accurate logistics records and support cost‑effective transportation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create, organize and archive shipping documents, customs files and transportation records, entering data into ERP and WMS for full traceability.
• Coordinate with sea, air and land carriers to schedule receipts and deliveries, track shipments and resolve delays or damages.
• Support carrier selection and cost optimisation through rate comparisons and service evaluations.
• Liaise with procurement, sales, warehouse teams and external partners to facilitate order processing and issue resolution.
• Compile logistics data, generate reports on transportation, inventory and costs, and assist with invoice verification and cost accrual.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks such as cross‑region shipment coordination, return logistics and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or a related field.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel functions.
• Experience with ERP or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
