Management Accountant

About the role

Tripledot Studios is looking for an ambitious Management Accountant to support its rapid growth. You will be responsible for producing accurate management accounts, analysing revenue and margins, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including studio‑level P&L, revenue and gross‑margin analysis.
• Execute month‑end close activities such as accruals, pre‑payments and recurring journal entries.
• Calculate and report revenue share with commercial commentary for senior leadership and external partners.
• Continuously improve month‑end processes, controls and reporting quality.
• Deliver ad‑hoc flash reports on revenue, margins and royalty trends.
• Partner with business stakeholders to validate data, challenge assumptions and support decision‑making.
• Communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance audiences.
• Leverage systems and tools to increase reporting speed, accuracy and automation.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience delivering management accounts and month‑end close.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with Xero, NetSuite, Power BI and Looker.
