Management Assistance – PreMaster Program (Controlling Focus)

About the role
In this position you will oversee the business and financial aspects of cost‑saving measures proposed by your team, analysing expected outcomes and commercial status. You will work with controlling, purchasing, sales and other global functions across Germany, Hungary, Romania, the United States, India and Mexico.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the financial impact of cost‑saving initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly business reports for management decision‑making.
- Collaborate with controlling teams worldwide and with purchasing, sales and other departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, management, computer science, economics or a related field with above‑average results and intention to pursue a master’s degree.
- Background in data analysis, planning & forecasting; project‑management experience is a plus.
- Well‑organized, team‑oriented, extraverted and globally‑mindset.
- English C1 (mandatory) and German B1 (preferred).
