Management Consulting Internship (3 months)

About the role

Join BASF’s global management consultancy for a three‑month Management Consulting internship starting 1 January 2027. You will work as an integrated team member on strategic projects that support the BASF Group’s management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, coordination and execution of consulting projects covering strategy, marketing, organization, business optimisation, post‑merger integration and corporate development.
• Conduct sophisticated data analyses and support client interviews.
• Prepare results, recommendations and presentation materials for senior management.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a master’s degree programme with above‑average academic performance, any field of study.
• Previous experience from internships or working‑student positions in consulting or strategy.
• Fluent in English and advanced German language skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
