Management Controller – 12‑Month VIE Assignment

About the role

Valeo is looking for a Management Controller to join its Light Division site in Biethigheim‑Bissingen for a 12‑month VIE assignment. You will work within the Business/R&D management control team, providing financial oversight for projects and supporting the site’s financial reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project follow‑up, preparing specific financial reports, analyses and project‑related approvals.
• Support daily and monthly reporting cycles and month‑end closing activities.
• Help prepare budgets and multi‑year business plans (MTP).
• Track and report on project‑related financial KPIs.
• Participate in internal control self‑assessment roadmaps and audits.
• Collaborate with the Site Business Management Controller to convert raw project data into meaningful financial reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Prior experience in finance, management control or accounting (internship or entry‑level role acceptable; automotive experience is a plus).
• Fluent English with strong communication skills and an international mindset.
• Positive, professional attitude with good listening and diplomatic skills.
