Management Position & Fully Funded Doctoral Candidate at CDTM

About the role

Join the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) as a co‑manager of one of Europe’s leading innovation education programmes while pursuing a fully funded doctoral degree. The four‑year position combines programme leadership with independent research on a topic of your choice, starting in September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver a new programme format, from syllabus creation to classroom execution.
• Lead student recruitment, build international partnerships and foster new collaborations.
• Shape curriculum, governance structures and the long‑term strategic direction of the programme.
• Conduct doctoral research under the supervision of a CDTM Board Professor at LMU or TUM.
• Gradually transition from management duties (years 1‑2.5) to full dissertation work (years 2.5‑4).

Required profile

• Completed Master’s degree in technology, business, social sciences, design or a related field.
• Strong motivation to obtain a doctorate and to take ownership of organisational development.
• Interest in interdisciplinary innovation education and research.
