Managing Director – AI Trainer (Freelance, Remote, 8–20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a senior business leader to help shape next‑generation AI models. As a Managing Director‑AI Trainer you will use your real‑world experience in organizational transformation and executive decision‑making to guide AI systems toward more accurate, actionable outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated content on leadership, operations, strategy and executive decision‑making.
• Assess solutions for real‑world viability, industry best practices and effective leadership models.
• Draft scenarios, case studies and thought‑leadership pieces based on your professional experience.
• Create perspective variations for stakeholders such as board members, department heads or team leads.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, operational gaps or flawed strategies in AI‑generated material and provide clear, actionable feedback.

Required profile

• Senior business leader (Managing Director or equivalent) with extensive experience in organizational management and transformation.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Proven ability to lead teams, set strategic direction and drive organizational success.
• Organized, independent and able to deliver structured feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week with reliable response times.
