Managing Director – Europe

About the role

As Managing Director for Europe, you will have full accountability for Pixii's European business – commercially, financially, and organisationally. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build a profitable, scalable operation and drive the next phase of growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the European P&L, including revenue, margins, cost base and working capital.
• Build and develop the Germany organisation (delivery, service, administration) and a sales team of 10+ across Europe.
• Convert a strong commercial pipeline into signed contracts and revenue.
• Establish long‑term relationships with utilities, EPCs, developers and major industrial customers.
• Set commercial terms, pricing frameworks and market priorities.
• Collaborate closely with global product, sales and operations teams.
• Report directly to the CEO and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Required profile

• Long commercial leadership experience with full P&L ownership at country, regional or business‑unit level.
• Proven track record of building and leading high‑performance teams.
• Ability to close complex, high‑value deals and develop executive‑level customer relationships.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of commercial mechanics in an industrial business.
• Background in energy, infrastructure, industrial technology or adjacent sectors.
• Experience operating or managing a legal entity, preferably in Germany.
