Mandatory Internship AI in Test Management and Automation

About the role

You will help build and scale an AI‑based testing system, turning a proof of concept into a production‑ready solution. The internship covers full‑stack development, UI and API work, and deep integration of large language models and AI‑enabled workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end full‑stack features, from UI to API and AI integration.
• Enhance the existing proof of concept, improving functionality and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to roll out the solution across the organization.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose concrete enhancements.
• Utilise state‑of‑the‑art IT infrastructure and large language models.

Required profile

• Advanced studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related quantitative field with excellent grades.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Basic exposure to DevOps practices such as Git and unit testing.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models, Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG techniques, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with fine‑tuning, evaluating, or deploying foundation models.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a hands‑on attitude in interdisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English and beginner German.
