Mandatory Internship in Organizational Development & Communication

About the role

Join Bosch's international, interdisciplinary team as a mandatory intern focused on organizational development and communication. You will support strategic purchasing projects, internal communications, and digital transformation initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist strategic purchasing projects, competence management, and team development.
• Create communication materials, blog posts, and wiki pages for the internal platform Bosch Connect.
• Support the planning, execution, and follow‑up of virtual and on‑site international events.
• Learn and apply game‑theory concepts in purchasing auctions and tenders.
• Contribute ideas for innovative purchasing methods and process improvements.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program (Business Administration, Communication, Management, Business Psychology, Media Communications, Engineering, Data Science or related).
• Open, curious team player with strong organizational talent.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Interest in modern media, coaching, and professional development.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Familiarity with digital tools and AI‑supported applications such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
