Manufacturing Production Worker (m/f/d)

About the role

Join Würth Elektronik Midcom’s Munich team as a Production Worker in the manufacturing field. You will work with high‑tech test and inspection equipment, applying theoretical knowledge to optimise practical production processes for custom transformers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce transformers (up to 400 W) and perform electrical and mechanical measurements.
• Develop solutions to manufacturing problems during the design phase.
• Support development engineers in realising transformer projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure smooth production.
• Complete sample reports and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Completed training as an electronics/electrical technician or comparable qualification.
• Experience in measurement technology, mechanics and basic electronic components is desirable.
• Familiarity with testing specifications of transformers and inductors.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Business‑fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Strong ability to recognise and eliminate errors and process problems.
