Manufacturing Team Lead - Print

About the role

You will lead the printing department at Storio group, ensuring high‑quality products are produced efficiently and delivered on time. The role combines strong operational leadership with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and guide production teams across printing, cutting, assembly, and final framing.
• Monitor daily operations to confirm product quality and reliable processes.
• Apply lean principles such as 5S and KVP to drive productivity improvements.
• Manage people, machines, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a production or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of production flows, planning, and quality assurance.
• Completed technical or production apprenticeship.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Structured, proactive working style focused on solutions.
• Strong German and basic English for daily team communication.
