Market Coordinator

About the role

As a Market Coordinator you will support the growth and health of Airbnb’s hotel supply across Europe, working closely with regional Market Managers to onboard, optimise and manage hotel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand relationships with Tier 3 hotel partners while providing white‑glove support to Tier 1 accounts.
• Assist Market Managers in onboarding hotel partners onto the Airbnb platform, including KYC processing.
• Respond to hotel inquiries, troubleshoot issues and ensure a high‑quality onboarding experience.
• Implement scale tactics and manage the long‑tail portfolio of thousands of hotels.
• Educate partners on product updates and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop and execute unique engagement projects to drive innovation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management or partner support.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills, with ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Understanding of Airbnb’s mission and values, collaborative mindset.
• Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with partner onboarding and KYC processes.
• Data‑analysis capability to spot strategic opportunities.
• Proficiency in using internal tools for account management.
