Market Manager – Hotels (DACH & CEE)

About the role

As a Market Manager for Hotels at Airbnb, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining the supply of high‑quality hotel inventory across the DACH and CEE regions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure Airbnb’s hotel booking experience is smooth, intuitive, and competitive.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and expand relationships with hotel partners to exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews to strengthen long‑term partnerships.
• Implement strategies to manage and optimize a large portfolio of hotels in the region.
• Prospect, acquire, and onboard new high‑quality hotel supply.
• Educate partners on product updates and relay feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Use data to identify strategic growth opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop and execute unique engagement projects to foster innovation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hotel partnerships or supply acquisition.
• Deep knowledge of the DACH and CEE hospitality markets.
• Strong ability to develop acquisition strategies and convert leads.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and capacity to work autonomously.
