Marketing Coordinator – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join La Marzocco’s Berlin team. The role supports the company’s growth in Germany by coordinating marketing projects, partnerships and product launches across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships, co‑marketing initiatives and brand activations.
• Lead cross‑functional marketing projects, controlling timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication.
• Support product launches and market development by monitoring trends and gathering customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales to generate leads, acquire customers and create tailored B2B marketing campaigns.
• Produce brand‑consistent communication materials, presentations and customer‑facing content.
• Assist digital campaigns, CRM initiatives and optimise the customer journey across online and offline touchpoints.
• Coordinate events, trade shows and community‑engagement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development or project management.
• Strong organisational, project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Passion for hospitality, coffee culture, design and community building.
