Marketing Designer – Brand & Creative

About the role

Personio is looking for a Marketing Designer to bring its brand to life across all marketing and sales channels. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with Brand, Product, and Marketing teams to create high‑impact visual experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Set the standard for visual design craft and quality across campaigns, product launches, social media, and the Personio platform.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams, adapting to creative and technical requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
• Build reusable design templates and scalable systems to ensure visual consistency and fast execution at scale.
• Manage multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously, delivering high‑quality work on schedule.

Required profile

• Several years of visual design experience at digital‑first companies with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to translate strategic requirements into compelling visual narratives.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• Motion design (strong plus)
• Experience with modern AI tools to accelerate creative workflows
